Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. LillieDora Candle Co is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.  Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.

Due to the nature of candles and home fragrance products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.  If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that candles require proper use and supervision. LillieDora Candle Co is not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper candle use, including but not limited to failure to follow candle care and safety instructions.
